[What's New] Cozy Luxe Shunji Matsuo By Poise Is Now Open At 20 Handy Road

Top local salon chain - Shunji Matsuo opened the 11th branch at 20 Handy Road and it promises of a more spacious salon with its sky high ceilings, white-washed decor and 8ft mirrors, with a [Cozy Luxe] concept.

This new outlet even have a private treatment room for customers who prefers privacy for some relaxation as well as a nail bar extension called Home Nails. You can simply get your hair and nails done here at one place, so time saving!

At the launch party, local artiste - Tay Kewei made a special appearance (hehehe, see her lovely curls?! It's done at the hair salon too!) and we also got to see a hair demo done by their international director stylists. They worked fast to get these styles done, which is your favourite?

Other than that, we also got our hair makeovers done in the salon, just in time for us to attend AFF 2014. It's the first time I got my hair poof-ed and fishtail braided. I'm kinda digging the style, the gradients of my green hair is finally shown off again!

[What's New] Audi Fashion Festival 2014 - The Lowdown From The Backstage

Huney'Z World got behind the scenes during one of the shows of Audi Fashion Festival 2014. This year, NARS is the official makeup brand and the models' hair are all styled by Schwarzkopf. Something special this year is that Sally Hansen hopped on board and the models got their nails pampered before the show.

The models' outfits were all prepared and laid out for the runway show and whilst they get changed, we walked around the backstage to get the lowdown on the latest trend in beauty...

With so many colours to choose from Sally Hansen's nail polishes, everyone is spoilt for different occasions. The manicurist mentioned that pastel is in this season and demonstrated here is a mint green french tip that everyone can do! You can try the shade 175 and 672 for this look!

More models getting ready look.

Whilst the models are getting runway ready, guests waiting in front can actually get pampered too, so that everyone can look glam and glitter, to match their outfits! I also got my nails done and tried out their nail sticker - Don't Be Koi. So oriental looking!

As for hair, sleek tied back hair style is the best to show off the natural beauty of the models, that are lightly accentuated with makeup...

 We also caught designer - Ong Shunmugam getting ready for her show.

As well as catching up with Malaysian designer - Farah Khan's assistant to get up close and personal to her outfits. Every piece of sequin of her outfits are handsewn and no matter how you rub against them, they will not fall off. Totally in love with the "prints" and the furry blue skirt, totally screaming MUST-HAVE!

This is also the look for the models that night. A strong black eyeliner with red lips to stand out!
